Paul Hartley, M.D.
Dr. Hartley has lived and practiced in the Uniontown area for over 19 years. He received his bachelor and medical degrees from the University of Virginia.

Specializing in Internal Medicine, Dr. Hartley completed his residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Hartley also completed one-year of fellowship at the University of Alabama in Hematology/ Oncology. He is certified as a Diplomate of The American Board of Internal Medicine, and is a member of the American College of Physicians, Pennsylvania Medical Society and the Fayette County Medical Society. He has authored several publications and abstracts.

Dr. Hartley is the Hospice Director for Albert Gallatin Home Care & Hospice. He is currently on the medical staff at Uniontown Hospital and is Chief of Department of Medicine at Uniontown Hospital.

Dr. Patnam has lived and practiced in the Uniontown area for over 20 years. He received his medical degree from the Osmania Medical College in Hyderabad, India. Specializing in Internal Medicine, Dr. Patnam completed his residency at Wayne State University Hospital in Detroit. He is certified as a Diplomate of The American Board of Internal Medicine. He also performs Endoscopy services. He is currently on the medical staff at Uniontown Hospital and is the Medical Director of Mt. Macrina Nursing Home.
