Barry Austin, D.O.
Dr. Austin has lived in the south Hills for 25 years. He graduated from Fairfield University, attended the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed an Internal Medicine residency at Allegheny General Hospital. Dr. Austin is certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He had served as Medical Director at two skilled nursing facilities for over 15 years. He is o nthe medical staff at St. Clair Hospital.

Donald Kushner, M.D.
Dr. Kushner has practiced in the Pittsburgh area for over 10 years. He received his bachelors degree from Brandeis University and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in medicine. Specializing in Internal Medicine, Dr. Kushner is certified as a Diplomate with the American Board of Internal Medicine. In addition, he has been a clinical instructor for the University of Pittsburgh. He is chairman of the Clinical Research Committee of PPCP and is presently on the medical staff at St. Clair Hospital.

Raman Purighalla , M.D.
Dr. Purighalla completed medical school at Rangaraya Medical College in India. Specializing in Internal Medicine, Dr. Purighalla served an internship at Government General Hospital and completed his residency at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York. He has participated in several research studies while completing a research fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Dr. Purighalla has been published in journals such as the American Journal of Kidney Diseases and Clinical Transplantation. Certified as a Diplomate with the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Purighalla currently maintains hospital privileges at St. Clair Hospital.

Uma Purighalla , M.D.
Dr. Uma Purighalla, a South Hills native, graduated from a six year biomedical program at Lehigh University and continued her education at the Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia where she received her degree in medicine. Upon completing her residency at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, she as brought on as a teaching assistant in internal medicine at New York University Hospital. In addition to being the recipient of several academic awards, Dr. Purighalla has conducted research for the University of Pittsburgh, School of Medicine. She is certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine, and is currently on staff at St. Clair Hospital.
