Frank Civitarese, D.O.
Dr. Frank Civitarese has lived and practiced in the South Hills for over 10 years.  He received his bachelors degree from Allegheny College and later graduated from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine with a degree in medicine.   Specializing in Family Practice, Dr. Civitarese is certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice and is also board certified in geriatric medicine.  Furthermore, he serves on the PPCP Board of Directors, chairs PPCP’s credentials committee, and is also the President of the Medical Department at Mercy Providence Hospital.   Dr. Civitarese is on the medical staffs at both St. Clair and Mercy Providence Hospitals.

Louis Civitarese, D.O.
Dr. Louis Civitarese has lived and practiced in the South Hills for over 10 years. He received his bachelor's degree at the University of Pittsburgh, and furthered his education with a medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Specializing in Family Practice, Dr. Civitarese is certified as a Diplomate with the American Board of Family Practice and is boarded in geriatric medicine, as well. He serves as the Secretary on the PPCP Board of Directors and is the Chairman of the PPCP Quality Improvement Committee. In addition, Dr. Civitarese has been a member of the Medical Advisory Committee for Highmark Health Plan and serves as the St. Clair Hospital medical staff vice-president. Dr. Civitarese has been affiliated with the sports programs of Chartiers Valley High School as their team physician. He maintains hospital privileges at St. Clair and Mercy Providence Hospitals.

David C. Garretson D.O.
Dr. Garretson has lived and practiced in the South Hills since 1994. Prior to locating to Pittsburgh, he worked with the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine as a clinical assistant professor. He received his undergraduate degree from Denison University in Ohio, and graduated from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine with a degree in osteopathic medicine. Specializing in Family Practice, Dr. Garretson is certified as a Diplomate with the American Board of Family Practice, and was honored as a fellow in 1991. Dr. Garretson has published several clinical articles in medical journals such as the American Family Physician and Family Medicine. He is on the medical staffs of St. Clair and Mercy Providence Hospitals.

Linda Reh, CRNP
Linda has been a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner since 1997. She attended Shadyside Hospital School of Nursing and worked at Shadyside as an ICU Head Nurse, IV Team, and Level 4 Emergency Dept. Nurse. She received both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Masters of Nursing/Nurse Practitioner - Family Practice at LaRoche College in Pittsburgh.

Linda is a member of Sigma Theta Tau and American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She is nationally certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the AANP. She is BLS and ACLS certified.

Linda serves as an adjunct clinical faculty for the School of Nursing - Family NP Program at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh and lectures for the Emergency Nurses Association.

She is currently on Emergency Department staff at UPMC Passavant and Heritage Valley Health System.

Michael Speca, DO
Dr. Speca was born and raised in the Pittsburgh area, and has been practicing medicine here since 2002. He received his undergraduate degree from Washington and Jefferson College, and his medical degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Speca completed his Family Practice Residency at Heritage Valley Medical Center, and is certified by the American Board of Family Practice. He is currently a medical director at Beaver Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, and Heartland Hospice in Aliquippa. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians.
