Richard Cook, M.D.
Dr. Cook has lived and practiced in the Uniontown area for over 10 years. He received his bachelor degree at the University of Pittsburgh, and later pursued his medical degree at Jefferson Medical College. Specializing in family practice, Dr. Cook is certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association. Dr. Cook was the President of the medical staff at Uniontown Hospital from 1993 to 1995. He is presently serving as an Ex-Officio Member of the Medical Executive Committee at Uniontown Hospital, where he is on the medical staff.

Anthony Iannamorelli, M.D.
Dr. Iannamorelli has lived and practiced in the Uniontown area for over 22 years. After obtaining his medical degree from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine, Dr. Iannamorelli went on to do extensive work in internal medicine at Allegheny General Hospital and Uniontown Hospital before finally settling into the private practice setting where he has remained for over 22 years. He is certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners. He is a member of the American Medical Society and formerly the President of the Fayette County Medical Society from 1990 to 1991 and President of Uniontown Hospital medical staff from 1989 to 1991. He currently maintains membership on the medical staff at Uniontown Hospital and Allegheny General Hospital.

Joseph Labuda II, M.D.
Dr. Labuda has lived and practiced in the Uniontown area for over 20 years. He received his bachelors degree at the Washington and Jefferson College and graduated from the West Virginia University School of Medicine with a degree in medicine. He completed his residency in Family Practice at Latrobe area Hospital. Dr. Labuda is certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, the Pennsylvania Medical Society and the American Medical Association. Dr. Labuda currently serves as a member of the Medical Executive Committee at Uniontown Hospital where he is also a member of the medical staff.

He received a B.S. degree in neuroscience at the University of Pittsburgh, and attended the Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia for his medical degree. He completed his Family Practice Residency at Washington Hospital in Pennsylvania. Dr. Cook is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association.
